Divorce Mediation
Divorce litigation is a costly, emotionally draining process that can take upwards of 2 years of to complete. The emotional scars on both the parties and children to this arduous process can take years to repair. Parties often drain their resources to fund litigation, and divorcing couples are often unable to repair the relationship to a working level in order to co-parent their children. In divorce mediation, the divorcing couple makes all decisions and crafts an agreement, parenting plan, divison of assets and support that meets the individual needs to the family without the drama and expense of litigation.

The Process- Each session is an hour and a half. Appointments are generally 2 weeks apart to allow the separating couple to consider and explore the resolutions that were discussed.
